Common Issues

Most issues with Nexus fall into one of these categories:

Connection Problems

Nexus cannot connect to your Starlink terminal or loses connection frequently. See Connection Issues for detailed troubleshooting.

Licence Issues

  • Activation fails: Check your key is correct and you haven’t exceeded the 3-device limit. See Activation.
  • Features locked: Verify your licence is active in Settings → Licence. If your Pro subscription has expired, Pro features will be disabled.

Performance

  • High CPU usage: Close and reopen Nexus. If the issue persists, check that you’re running the latest version.
  • Slow updates: Telemetry data refreshes in real-time. If values appear frozen, check your network connection to the Starlink terminal.
