Layout
The Pro dashboard uses a sidebar navigation on the left with icon-based view switching. The left column shows live metric cards that are always visible regardless of the active view.
Left Column: Live Metrics
Always visible across all views:
| Metric | Display |
|---|---|
| Download | Current Mbps with peak indicator |
| Upload | Current Mbps with peak indicator |
| Latency | Current ms with delta |
| Drop Rate | Current % with delta |
| Power | Current watts with peak |
| Satellites | Current count with delta |
| Obstruction | Percentage with quality label (Excellent/Good/Fair/Poor) |
| Location | Latitude and longitude with mini-map |
| Weather | Temperature, conditions, wind, humidity, risk indicator |
At the bottom of the left column: hardware revision, firmware version, uptime, WAN IP, and public IP with country flag.
Main Views
Access these from the sidebar icons:
| View | Icon | Description |

| Dashboard | Chart icon | Streaming telemetry charts |
| Starlink Viewer | Globe icon | 3D satellite tracking |
| Router | Router icon | Router dashboard with latency chain |
| Ping | Target icon | Multi-target ping table and charts |
| Diagnostics | Wrench icon | Ping, traceroute, iPerf, DNS, port check |
| Devices | Monitor icon | Connected device list |
| Outages | Bell icon | Event and outage history |
| Sessions | Record icon | Session recording and playback |

Dashboard View: Streaming Charts
The main dashboard shows five streaming charts stacked vertically:
- Download: Throughput in Mbps (teal/cyan)
- Upload: Throughput in Mbps (blue)
- Latency: Round-trip time in ms (yellow/amber fill)
- Drop Rate: Packet loss percentage (red line)
- Power: Consumption in watts (orange/amber fill)
Time Windows
Select the chart time window from the toolbar: 2m, 5m, 15m, 1h, 6h, 24h. A LIVE indicator confirms real-time streaming is active.
Connection Quality Badge
A badge in the toolbar shows the overall connection quality (e.g. “Excellent: Stable for 5d 11h”) with a colour-coded ring.
Cross-Chart Tooltips
Hover over any chart to see a synchronised tooltip across all charts at the same timestamp, showing download, upload, latency, drop rate, and power values simultaneously.
Chart Expansion
Click the expand icon on any chart to open it in a full-screen modal with the same min/max/average statistics as the Home edition.
Subsystem Status Bar
The bottom bar shows subsystem indicators (CADY, SCP, L1L2, XPHY, AAP, RF), bandwidth limits (download/upload), Ethernet speed, and actuator status. Power statistics show estimated daily kWh, peak, and average wattage.
Toolbar Actions
- Speed Test: Triggers a speed test through the Starlink router (same as Home)
- Reboot: Reboots the terminal with a confirmation dialogue
Weather Widget
The weather widget in the left column shows current conditions at a glance. Click it to open a detailed weather modal with:
- Temperature (actual and feels-like), sunrise/sunset times, daily range
- Atmospheric data: humidity, pressure, visibility, cloud cover, dew point
- Wind compass showing direction and speed
- Risk Assessment: Evaluates rain, snow, wind speed, and cloud cover against thresholds. Colour-coded bars show proximity to impact levels. Advisory text warns when conditions may affect dish performance.
- 24-Hour History: Mini charts for temperature, humidity, wind speed, and pressure
Configure weather in Settings → Weather (API key, location source, temperature and wind speed units).
Obstruction Widget
Click the obstruction indicator in the left column to open a detailed modal with:
- Polar sky view with obstruction zones
- Obstruction percentage and quality rating
- Map coverage statistics (clear, partial, obstructed, unmapped patches)
- Signal quality (mean, min, max SNR)
- Observation time and time obstructed
- Alignment and position data (boresight azimuth/elevation with desired targets, tilt angle, uncertainty, attitude state)
- GPS data (latitude, longitude, altitude, accuracy, status)
- System information (min elevation, max theta, hardware self-test, country, mobility, Ethernet speed)
- Boot Sequence Timeline: Visual timeline showing how long each startup phase took (GPS Valid → RF Ready → Attitude Initialisation → Burst Detected → EKF Converged → Initial Network Entry → First Cplane → Network Schedule → First PoP Ping → Stable Connection)
Location Widget
Click the location coordinates in the left column to open a modal with:
- Interactive map showing the terminal’s position
- Latitude, longitude, altitude, and accuracy
- GPS satellite count and signal strength indicator
