Overview

The Router view provides detailed monitoring of your Starlink router. It is accessible from the sidebar (router icon) and requires the Starlink router to be connected.

The header shows the router model, firmware version, and uptime. A green Online indicator confirms the router is reachable.

Latency Chain

A visual diagram shows the network path from your device to the internet, breaking down latency at each hop:

Client → LAN → Terminal → Satellite → PoP → Internet

Each hop shows the added latency in milliseconds. The total latency is displayed at the Internet endpoint.

Waterfall Chart

Below the latency chain, a waterfall chart shows per-hop latency as horizontal bars:

  • Terminal: Time from client to the Starlink terminal
  • PoP: Time from terminal to the point of presence
  • PoP IPv6: IPv6 path to the PoP
  • Internet: End-to-end latency

Each bar is colour-coded and shows the hop latency and 5-minute drop percentage.

Streaming charts show latency and drop rate over time with series for each hop (Dish, PoP, PoP IPv6, Internet). Time windows: 1h, 6h, 12h, 24h.

Radio Temperature

A heatmap-style chart shows the temperature of the router’s Wi-Fi radios:

  • 2.4 GHz: Lower band radio temperature
  • 5 GHz: Upper band radio temperature

Colour bands indicate temperature ranges:

  • Green: below 55°C, normal
  • Orange: 55–70°C, elevated
  • Red: above 70°C, high

WAN Connection

Field Description
IPv4 WAN IP address with CGNAT indicator
IPv6 WAN IPv6 address
WAN Link Physical link status
Status Connection status (OK/Error)
IP Unchanged How long the current IP has been assigned

Firmware & Updates

Shows the current firmware version and whether an update is available.

Wi-Fi Radios

Shows Wi-Fi radio configuration (if available).

Network Interfaces

Lists the router’s network interfaces with details.

DHCP Leases

Shows active DHCP leases grouped by subnet:

  • lan: Primary LAN (e.g. 192.168.1.0/24) with active lease count
  • backhaul: Backhaul network (e.g. 192.168.2.0/24)
  • hiddenlan: Internal management network (e.g. 192.168.254.0/24)

Router Alerts

Displays any alerts reported by the router hardware.

QoS: Traffic Shaping

Shows traffic control configuration if any QoS rules are in place.

System & Boot Diagnostics

Field Description
Uptime Router uptime
Boots Number of boot cycles
Crashes Number of crashes
Hardware Hardware identifier

The terminal ID is shown at the bottom for reference.
