Can I switch from Home to Pro?

Yes. You can upgrade to Pro at any time from within the app or your account portal. Home and Pro are separate one-time licences, so buying Pro does not affect your Home licence.

Is Pro a one-time purchase?

Yes. Pro is a one-time purchase, like Home: pay once and keep it forever, including future version updates. There is no subscription, so nothing expires.

Can I use my licence on multiple computers?

Yes. Your licence covers up to 2 devices for personal use. Manage your devices from the account portal.

Do I need an internet connection?

Only for licence activation and periodic revalidation. All telemetry monitoring works offline; data is read directly from your Starlink terminal over your local network.

What if I reinstall my operating system?

Reinstalling your OS counts as a new device activation. If you have reached your 2-device limit, deactivate the old device from your account portal before activating the new installation.

Is there a student or educational discount?

Not currently, but the 3-day free trial lets you evaluate the full product without any payment.
