Purchasing a Licence
Purchase a licence from your account portal. After payment, your licence key will be displayed in the portal and sent to your email.
Activating Your Licence
- Open Nexus Telemetry
- Go to Settings → Licence
- Enter your licence key
- Click Activate
Nexus will validate the key with the licence server. On success, all features for your edition will be unlocked immediately.
Settings → Licence → [Enter key] → Activate
Activation Requirements
- An active internet connection (for licence validation only)
- Your device must not exceed the 3-device limit on your licence
Licence validation is a one-time check. After activation, Nexus performs periodic revalidation in the background. If your device is offline, the licence remains valid for a grace period.
Managing Devices
View and manage your activated devices from the account portal:
- See which devices are currently activated
- Deactivate a device to free up a slot
- Transfer your licence to a new device
Troubleshooting Activation
If activation fails:
- Invalid key: Double-check you entered the key correctly, including any hyphens
- Device limit reached: Deactivate an existing device from your account portal
- Network error: Ensure you have an internet connection and try again
- Already activated: The key may already be active on this device
